Domestic Shipping

We offer complimentary express shipping on all orders over $100 within Australia. Once dispatched, it usually takes between 1 and 3 business days to arrive, depending on your location.

Australian orders are dispatched within 1 to 7 business days, unless the item ordered needs to be resized or altered.

International Shipping

International orders are dispatched within 1 to 7 days. Please allow 10 to 25 business days for your order to be delivered. We require a signature upon delivery.

The listed RRP price does not include overseas custom duties or taxes, please refer to your local customs office for specific information. Costs and liabilities relating importation and any subsequent duties, taxes and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returns

Once your order has been placed, the request is sent straight to artisans and therefore cannot be changed or cancelled once the order has been confirmed – even if your item has not yet been shipped. Due to the custom nature of our made to order items, you cannot return your made to order product.
